Jim - Project Manager

Jim has been in home design and project management business for over 20 years. Starting out with Victorian Home Restoration on the Jersey Shore. Jim moved to Shadow Wood 14 years ago.  He currently lives on Magnolia Bend.   He turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.

Lauren - Engineer

Lauren has 20 years of experience working with national home building companies. She leads the team in engineering and design services. Not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye' as well
